Biolayer interferometry service

The BLI technique refers to the determination of biomolecular interactions. The technique is an optical analysis method for analyzing the interference pattern of white light reflected from two surfaces: the internal reference layer and the precipitated protein layer on the biosensor tip. The change in the interference pattern is caused by any change in the number of molecules bound to the biosensor tip. In this case, interactions can be measured in real time, providing the ability to monitor binding specificity, ratio of binding and dissociation, concentration, fidelity and accuracy. In addition, only molecules bound to or dissociated from the biosensor can alter the interference pattern and generate a response profile on the BLI system. We provides professional bio-layer interferometry (BLI) service to help customers complete biofilm related research.
