Well, businesses that don’t adapt typically fall into disrepair. They can’t keep up with the competition, they can’t meet the needs of their consumers, and they eventually go bankrupt.

Consumer and business needs evolve over time and typically don’t happen overnight. The businesses that are successful today have grown and shifted in similar directions to adapt to the evolving marketplace. There are many examples of businesses that have not adapted and eventually fell into disrepair.

Netflix and Facebook are two examples of businesses that have successfully adapted to changes in the marketplace. They were able to do this by utilizing an on-demand workforce and adapting to the times changing around them.

An adaptation business strategy is about recognizing the need to change and then making changes to how you do business. This could mean changing your products, your marketing, your customer service, or even your company culture.

However, simply recognizing the need to change is not enough. In order for a business to be successful, it needs to actually make the changes that are needed. This can be difficult, especially if a business has been successful doing things a certain way for a long time.
