AQOZA CDC is a specially designed unit to remove / adsorb Chlorine gas generated at various industries at hazardous level. Being a simple and safe machine to operate, it removes the Chlorine gas released during normal operations and emergency applications. The unit comes with three standard sizes, 200 m3/hr, 600 m3/hr and 1,000 m3/hr.
Features
Filtration Media: AQOZA has a wide range of adsorption media for specific adsorption of gases. AQOZA CDS uses high adsorption capacity AQOZA CASORB4-CL, which is manufactured in coconut based activated carbon treated with speciality chemicals for Chlorine gas adsorption. The media has a removal efficiency of above 99%.
Vessel Construction: The entire vessel's construction and accessories are made of non-corrosive and specially treated PP material which provides UV protection and is also flame proof. The vessel is also light weight.
Suction Fan: All standard units are fitted with a non-corrosive PP fan, which is quiet in operation and free from vibration and noise. It is available for single phase and three phase operations.
Media replacement: This can be identified by doing a Sniff test at the outlet of the fan or by using portable or fixed chlorine gas sensor. The used media can be taken off and land disposed. New media can be filled with the help of the instruction manual.

Toxic gas removal
Many industries release toxic gases during the process and maintenance. Releasing these gases to atmosphere are highly dangerous to people and environment. Some of these gases are inert to human nose at higher concentrations. These gases shall be safely removed and make sure the concentrations are within the limit for people to work safely.
Features
Portable design The unit is specially engineered for maintenance applications in adsorbing toxic releasing for maintenance and shutdown applications. It can be brought to the area for better access to the gas source.
Vessel: The unit consist of activated carbon bed housed in a drum. Adsorption media are specially manufactured for adsorbing the specific gas adsorption pertaining to the applications. The air inlet and outlet are located on the top of the drum for easy handling and transportation.
Media Replacement: We offer carbon drum replacement service to eliminate the handling of contaminated spent carbon at client facility. We shall take care of the re-use / disposal of the spent media. Replacement of drum can be done by client trained personnel within 10 times time.
